DAILY WORK SYSTEM
- We clearly understand the customer requirement before executing the design.
- We assign project teams to complete the target, according to the complexity of the work.
- Good internal systems such as following check sheets, Design plan forms, specifications etc.
- Good reporting system to customer: Daily status report and Monthly report.
- Daily Production/ Project meetings.
