Long term contract

• A maximum of 160 hours (for dedicated Design Engineer) will be provided. But, additional hours will be considered within the existing pricing itself.
• Dedicated FTP will be assigned per prospect.
• All estimates are based on expected or agreed design time and include two sets of authors corrections where alterations are called for by the Customer, or if additional changes are required by Customer.
• Local taxes will be charged extra. It will vary according to the region. 
• If sufficient business is there, we wont work with your competitors.
• A dedicated FTP will be assigned to each of the customers which is secure.
